Villa Mocha is a traditional property, more than 250 years old, located in Santa Gertrudis, and completely refurbished in 2019, combining tradition and modernity and following the style of the island.

As for the interior, the villa has a main house with 4 double bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms. It also has 2 large living rooms with an open kitchen and games room, all facing outside to enjoy the sun and the breeze of the countryside. In addition, right next to the main house, there is a guest house with 1 double bedroom and a complete bathroom.

As for the exterior, we have a large swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and several chill-out or outdoor dining areas, where in one of them there is a large open kitchen with BBQ to cook and eat outside.

Finally, regarding the location, Villa Mocha is only 10 minutes from Ibiza town and 20 minutes from the airport. The villa is located at the end of a small road and isolated from neighbors, which allows you to enjoy peace, calm and total privacy.
