Villa Chiara is a property located in a luxurious private complex in Elia, one of the most private and peaceful areas of the island. The villa is completely sea-facing with spectacular panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the islands of Paros and Naxos.

The house is divided into 2 floors where we have on the first floor a cozy living room with "pull out" windows for an unobstructed view and an extension of the open space dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, direct access to the pool and private terrace with wonderful sea views.

On the upper floor we have 120 m2 distributed in 4 double bedrooms with great natural light and a private bathroom for each room.

Finally, in the outdoor area, we find several spaces to enjoy a complete holiday; a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a shaded dining room and a barbecue for endless summer events.
